Worst room ever. Very dirty bathroom also bad.. overall very bad experience will not recommend it to anyone

Decent stay, pros: good breakfast and enough parking space. And rooms are ok Cons: Toilet commode are old one and not cleaned , mattress covers are teared overall ok ok stay Room

This property is located just infront of the bus station and just about 1km to Annamalai university. overall stay was really good. Im staying here for the second time 👍

Good from Far but Far from Good. The photos look Good, but the entire place is shabby and needs a refurbish urgently. Plaster peeling off the walls, unclean carpets, snall cockroaches scurrying about in the room. The reception area is not at all welcoming or well maintained. Staff is polite and matter of fact..but not welcoming or warm. Basically a shabby place with matter of fact service. Can be better with Good maintenance, refurbishing the entire property, getting professional and friendly staff and 100% focus on cleanliness. Hope they do something about it.

There is stepmotherly treatment by hotel with those who booked through MMT and those who booked directly with hotel.

Why checkout at 11am..

Rooms are ok, queen size beds. Service needs to be improved. There are some damages with the windows, we have asked them to fix, they did a temporary work and it didn't work as expected. Due to this could hear all the vehicle sounds and mosquitoes entering the room. Bathrooms have some foul smell. wash basins and toilet seat are not that clean. Stayed in the hotel during our Chidambaram visit. Rooms are ok, there is some damage with Room window they did a temporary fix but didn't work. Noises of the vehicle horns are disturbing as window is not closing. Washrooms has some foul smell, mugs, taps, wash basin and toilet seat are not that clean. Overall less than an average experience.

The room and washroom was not clean. The rooms were spacious but were smelly. The overall experience of the hotel was bad. Paint job is required in the reception and corridor.

Stinking and smelly toilet, dirty bedsheets and ugly walkway carpets- this is not a 3 star hotel as it look in picture. Such an unpleasant stay.

To visit Lord Nataraja temple, chidambaram I stayed in this hotel with family. Ambience of the hotel is good. Service is good. If fan is on, some sort of terrible sound is coming in both the rooms we stayed. Water heater is getting problem often and it will be rectified by the electrician then and there. Overall this hotel is good for staying with family. Through make my trip we booked this hotel.

Toilet is stinking with foul odour. Corridor is Dirty and not cleaned. Bath towels are not bright white and looks dirty . Breakfast is good and no complaints. You need to train the staff for 3 star rating. Flush water is not stopping and water being wasted.

Complete messy hotel and worst maintenance. restrooms were unclean, pathways were full of construction dust. Renovation goes on the same floor which causes nuisance throughout the stay. Service is VERY POOR and causes additional dissatisfaction. Cockroaches everywhere in the room, not one, many which shows how the rooms are maintained I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE. ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS AND ELDERS, STAY AWAY

First of all, the bed lines were used, unchanged, I had to request for it to be changed, no wifi in the room.we have to go downstairs to use it and the bathroom stinked.we had to ask for it to be cleaned..overall bad experience..

The room was spacious but not very clean.Staff are a little slow...bathroom was very very basic and small.overall not worth for a 3 star hotel

The place is very dirty & stained.Pillows were stained & had no cover. Bath room had rusted shower head & door lock was broken and could not be closed. Sofa upholstery was stained & dirty. Carpet in lobby and public places looked never cleaned.Floor door latch could not closed from inside at night. Bed sheet did not look freshly changed.

Rooms are neat and clean

It is not a preferable place to stay there is no hot water received for bathing we complaint and issue was not resolved.

Dirty and horribly soiled bedsheets, bathroom sewage blocked, bad smelling rooms and corridors, bad mannered staff. I booked two rooms, and both the rooms were smelling so horrible. There are not enough house keeping staff. 1 guy for 20 rooms. No parking space.
