The worst hotel I have ever went too.

Full of Insects, no room service, no food. Don't go if you have kids. Good for a group of boys, do whatever you want to do as nobody in hotel to check or look after the things. Candles are available as power back up.
They had only two boys as staff. The staff were busy in fighting with the owner and owner always give excuses for being an outsider in the state and therefore not being supported by his staff. No food, no room service, rooms are full of insects. We tried two rooms, and every time the staff was missing, so have to move at my own with my two kids.

It was a disgusting hotel, stayed for just 10 minutes. Worst hotel. Room condition was pathetic. The entire hotel needs renovation.

Room heater provided only on payment basis. Hot water not provided properly. Away from the city.

Call me. We need refund

In Hotel I booked three Super Deluxe Rooms but the services was not like that actually it was not worth spending so much money. Room No- 205,207 and 208, Water quality was poor it was dusty (pale yellow) - Food preparation was not good, actually was pathetic. My room no was 208, the handle lock was not working and I complained for the same but nothing was done. -Room service was much delayed; you have to remind them again and again. Most of the time no one pick up the phone on reception, room service, I have to go to ground floor or top floor to contact. I asked them for all room on same floor, they told me that they have two super deluxe and one deluxe, I told him make it so and adjust the money in bill. At that time they agreed but on final checkout they have not made the adjustments

The room tariff was high compared to the standard of room offered. In house restaurant charges were very high like tea was costing Rs 20/cup. Occupancy of the hotel was very low.

It was a nice hotel to stay. They provided good services, and was very helpful whenever we required an urgency. Special thanks to the manager who was very supportive and give us a good welcome.

Very poorly kept hotel without any service staff, only three persons managing the property.
Room was below normal, no cleanliness, dirty linen.

Even the ceiling fan not working. No WiFi or other facilities. Dirty rooms. Non helping staff and poorly maintained hotel.
Fan was not working, they were providing table fan. Manager and overall staff was pathetic and overall experience was extremely bad. I never ever suggest anyone to neither visit or even search this hotel and kindly suggest you to delete this hotel from your profile.

Make my trip fooled us. There was no room service, no lights in the room, geysers were not working, no food, no snacks, even we were not able to charge our phones in the room. Only good thing was the owner of the hotel was still supportive. I recommend everyone not to use make my trip app for any kind of booking. They are fake

Staying at valley view crescent is worst experience I ever had. Owner is retired couple I feel sorry to being honest here. No food menu only 2-3 dishes. So many bugs and insects at this facility. Rooms are not maintained at all for e. G- not cleaned, fungus in fridge, so many bugs dirty bed sheet and blankets

One of worst in every sense. Please don't go for it.. The owner is arrogant and non cooperative... Too many stairs to go.. Pathetic place. No cleanliness. Costly and messy.. Bad place.

Very unsatisfactory experience. Rooms and washrooms were not clean. Bed Sheet was very dirty. Room service was poor. No room service staff. Minor children employed on temporary Basis. Overall it was the worst stay at all.

Book this hotel only if you're looking to spend very less time. It has a good view, clean rooms but lack facilities like fan, hot water. Food is average. The manager is tricky, doesn't help with facilities much, has an answer for everything. Overall, poor experience. Location is the only good thing.

I have booked 2 rooms for 6 adults and 1 children including dinner and breakfast, when I reached hotel dinner was served only for 5 persons and we were told to have breakfast by early 8 in the morning when I complained manager he replied itne main to itna hi milega I am shocked how MMT can sell such hotels

The hotel is located just 2 minute drive from Dal Lake. It's location is at a place which keeps it away from the 25 other hotels of Naddi. The owner is retired couple, really nice people and very warm and welcoming. The best part is the View of the valley from the balcony which was so nice that I decided to extend my trip at Dharamshala and at the hotel.

This is my worst experience with your company as I do regular booking with Makemytrip. This time seem to be very shame full in front of my team members. Room condition & cleanliness are very poor. So I have to think about further booking with MMT.

This hotel is not good, washroom is very dirty. Old furniture, bad bedsheets. No good cook in hotel kitchen. Room service is too lazy. We never suggested anyone for this hotel. Rooms without balcony. This hotel has a only one plus point is that best view of Satobari hills.

If you want a bit of luxury, this place is not for you. This hotel is run by an old man and therefore it's not managed well. Also, the hotel is situated in a lonely area with no eating joints nearby so you have to visit the market which can be tedious to reach every time. Best is to stay on the temple road/jogiwara road and take a great feel of the culture. Also I won't recommend staying in bhagsunaag because there is so much construction happening and no good different food and culture. You can visit bhagsu waterfall ( which has almost vanished) if you have eaten too much and want to trek a bit !. Bdlow are the pics of a family room in hotel valley view crest.
