Staff behaviour was very unprofessional, landline was not working, order delayed and the person at reception was rude and disrespectful

1. Comfortable rooms, good staff, great location

Rooms are too uncomfortable, smells are too, mattress are not clan and smelling

Room allotted to me was so compact and small. Pillow covers are dirty and torn. Room service needs to improve. Overall it's a pathetic experience.

Shower is just above commode. There was a pest in the bathroom / room. Cupboard was absolutely unclean. Linen on bed and blanket was not clean, although workable. I understand, there is not much we can get for 1200 bucks, but cleanliness is a must and doesn’t cost much. Just an attitude. Not going to book this hotel again.

Nice location. The rooms were very small and suffocated with no window the bedsheet was very dirty. But good vegetarian food and very humble staff.

Location is good, we easily found, food is not available at 12o’clock in night, and service is not good as much possible. They not pick up our call for room service in night. Rooms was good enough and well furnished

First, we paid for a silver room which according to the photo was big enough to accommodate an extra bed. But in reality, it was so tiny that we had to upgrade our room, and ended up paying extra money as well. Second, the ac wasn't cooling at all. Third, there was no electric kettle or glass or cups or tea bags. Nothing at all, even though all of it basic requirements in a hotel room. Third, they have written parking available. But it's actually the municipality parking/ on the road parking. But i will still applaud the staff, an old guard 'daddu & the reception boy were really helpful in getting us settled in. The food was also good. It's actually the owner that needs to be reprimanded for this. His staff is very good, but the hotel is extremely neglected.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. No warm water facility it's not a 3 star it's basically type of lodge. Completely waste of money.

The service was excellent and nice behaviour of staff as well. Food quality is very superb and tasty with reasonable cost.

Veryyy poor feel i was and alcoholic smell and it is not for family&couple i not like it the condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid rs, 1470/ advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for two hours.

Nobody respond for water available, tv also not working, after many calls not resolve problem. Washroom too dirty

Service was really good and it was clean too
