Room was well maintained and excellent.. Restaurant at first floor was delicious too.. Hotel has paking facility too.. Hotel is 2km far from temple.. If you want to visit temple take an auto from the hotel otherwise it will be headache to find parking..

The rooms are tacky for the price. Toilets not well kept, basic toiletries etc. missing. Very nice since it is close to the Railway station. Never stay on the 4th Floor. Some machine there makes loud noise the whole day and night, won't let you sleep. Only one restaurant run by Swarna Bhawan, ordinary and basic food. I would give the whole expierence 5.5/10

I book a family suite in Hotel SR for a day via MMT PRO 1.The room were good and clean and very spacious 2. The necessary amenities were present when we reached 3.The hot water was available 24 hours CON 1.The check in and check out time which was 2pm to 12 pm is strictly followed as I checked in at 6pm and next day I was asked to check out at 12 pm which I wanted to extend and was charged 3k for until 5 pm which is very bad experience 2.The key card of the room was disabled after 12 pm without intimation which was embarrassing 3. The room service is extra not inclusive but costly as I paid for single room service for 3 coffee from restaurant a floor above was charged 150 4. The staff didn't enquire about any requirement needed

It’s not a pleasant stay and they didn’t check the room before check in because my fridge is not cleaned properly there was used cool drink bottle and they made me wait at the time of checkout to check the room, I didn’t face this kind of behavior in any hotel.

Hotel room, neat and clean.housekeeping clean the room every day. It is located walkable distance to railway station and the temple by an auto. Best thing is you have SaravanaBhavan veg restaurant in the hotel complex itself. One suggestion is to consider complimentary breakfast for guests.
