Non cooperative staff, no hot water in washroom tap and no breakfast was ready at 7:45am even after discussing in the night while checking in.

The room was nice and had good vibes. There were no issues with lighting, and the AC worked well. The staff was supportive, and public transport was easily available nearby until around 7–8 PM. Overall, it was a good stay — just a minor issue with hot water in the bathroom.

The service was sad. There wasn't any hot water for my kid to shower. I could manage but kids can't. The pool gave me and my kid rashes. The people working there had no idea about the place. When we asked for suggestions they said they didn't know anything around. The room bedsheet had dirty poop like material on it. The rooms ac wasn't working well. What not to say about this hotel. It was a big mistake to book and stay there

I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was courteous and helpful room was clean and spacious, menu and food was excellent. Services were prompt. Rates were appropriate. Only thing lacking was a toothpaste.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We go there arpil 2023. Alot of tress and plants makes it too calm and pollution free you can also enjoy natural beauty here. Aakash gupta

Room service number nobody picks up. Service is given after you call reception and takes minimum 30 minutes for anything. Food is bad and service pathetic.
