Worst experience in recent times. I could not sleep even for ten minutes in this hotel. The bed is full of bedbugs Maybe first time ever in last 10-15 years, I am seeing bedbugs.

It was an average stay. Though the room was spacious, the ac had a cooling problem, no timely room service, tv was just for a show. Not all the amenities were provided that were listed.

The room lock didn't work. Hadn't been cleaned since many months felt as if this room wasn't opened up for months, urine stains all along the floor, cockroaches lying here and there. When i asked them to clean the room he hesitantly took the key allotted to me. They didn't even have a spare key! and to top it all off they charged me 600 on top of the standard room charges of 2100 for early check in. Would actually want them to refund rs 600 for i did checked out by evening on the same day. Would never recommend anyone to book this place

The staff was good and the location is good. But it was nothing like the pictures. The building seemed like it's not maintained. There was a small cockroach in my apartment. The lift was not working for two days. Too many problems.

Room stay was terrible the staff didn't even provide mineral water upon request that i pay them no tv in working condition in the room the mattress was dirty and not washed stayed here for 2 days but they didn't even clean the room even when i asked them to

Please don’t book this hotel. This hotel doesn’t have a restaurant inside at-least a coffee you can’t get and the lift will not work if you got rooms at 4th floor then you will be pissed off with your luggages. Insect will accompany you freely in room. Only advantage is freely staff that’s all
