Clean hotel but very far from the highway location, amenities shown in the brochure are not there, like no proper restaurant facility, no hot water kettle in super delhi room, don't have any proper valley view. Staff is okay and maintains cleanliness and hygiene. It can get better after adding more facilities.

Food was not good quality, also there is no refund policy in case if emergency checkout is there. Very very poor policy. Also, there is no cable tv for the first 2 days.

The bed sheets, pillow cover, towels are old and need to be replaced. Exhaust fan was not working. The blanket was also smelling.
