A hotel staff got into our room unannounced at 12 midnight - the property isn't safe. That same night the restaurant worker forces us to pay the bill at 10 pm in our room even after informing him that we will pay it tomorrow as we were in bed. I travel-led with my mother to shirdi and it was a horrific experience.

The Hotel manager Shubham is very Rude, he started fighting as I check out @ 12:10 pm instead of his given time 11 am, even I said that dear I check in @ 7:15 pm so late but u r fighting for only 1 hour for that 1 hour I was not here, I was in Mandir He is a very rude and bad behaviour person Very bad experience in Hotel Shubh Sai I’ll never book this again and ask my friends to never stay there 🙏🏻

Hotel located in isolated area far away from mandir. Very difficult to find hotel as no sign boards. Poor room service not tv working, no restaurant
