It was pleasant stay. Food was good. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. It was near railway station. So transport was also comfortable.

No parking facility, my car was literally parked on road. Unclean washroom, No exhaust fan in washroom. Tasteless food, and utensils were not properly washed. Very well mannered staff but bad dressing Hotel location is very good, just walking distance from Do Batti Chouraha.

Hotel is good and value for money. Food taste is nice. Designated parking not available . We stayed for one night which is nice experience

Almost everything about this hotel is terrible. To start with, there is no proper parking, you need to park your car on the road adjoining the hotel. The rooms are filthy, infested with cockroaches, linens are dirty, washroom is extremely dirty. The food at the restaurant is horrible. All in all, avoid staying here. The staff is polite, but they can't help since the property is quite bad, to be honest.

worst stay ever. pathetic service. zero maintenance of the property. zero cleanliness. no value for money. staff enters the room without knocking on the door. no intercom in the room. The water tap doesn't work. AC doesn't work. charging sockets were loose. Towels were so dirty that how could one use it? never recommend this stay to anyone.

The room was okay but had issues. AC was leaking and water was dripping onto the bed. The bathroom was clean but very small. No hot water was available. Service was quite slow — I had to call 4–5 times for a towel and breakfast. I even had to call 4 times within an hour to get the food. Food quality was just okay, not great. Overall, not a satisfying experience.

Room was ok, bathroom was very small, tub given to take bath was very dirty.at night saw could have cockroach’s. Worst part paid 2200 but just one water bottle given and rest is charged, they gave bottle and did not inform other bottle are charged. Also I want filtered water to fill my water bottle and they could not provide. In corridors smoke smell from cigarettes. Over experience was not pleasant

Shree palace is a decent budget hotel. We booked Super deluxe room and thanks to the hotel, we got upgraded to suite room. However the hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and should consider pest control. Food is tasty . Room service is quick. Staff is polite.
