Room was dirty, a cockroach was there on the bed. Smells unhygienic. Breakfast not provided in time and even the staff was not aware about whether breakfast is complementary or not.

I had a really great stay here. The location couldn’t be better — safe, easy to get around, and everything you need is close by. The room and bathroom were super clean. Room service was quick and the food was spot on. What stood out the most, was the staff. They were so responsive, friendly and helpful, and they made me feel completely at home. Honestly, that’s what made the experience special. I’d definitely stay here again.
