Nothing was good. Plateform of commode was broken, no water in the morning, no towel, pillow and doormat were too dirty with full of bad smell, staff were too late for room service, room was extream small, exhaust fan was too noisy, no hand wash liquid was there in the container, washroom was very congested, no ventilation in the room. Mattress was too hard.

family1. Wall's plaster was not there on one portion of wall of room. 2. Flush of latrine was not working. 3. Service was very poor. 4. No bath shop and shampoo provided. 5. Tv was not working. 6. No person was there to check out at 06. 00 hrs. It was told that from 2400 hrs to 0700 hrs gate is not opened.
