Pathetic hotel, starts at second floor without escalator, unhygienic, sepage in rooms, broken toilet seat, leaking taps, non working geysers and what not This is a real cheat deal .. The only solace is the service staff which was cordial

Disappointed with the hotel stay

Disguising, very disappointing and faced lot of problems booking was not confirmed at the hotel and they said that no information had reached them regarding my booking. I along with my wife had faced lots of problems this is my worst visiting experience.
