Hotel Sahil Plaza

Room was ok, pillow cases, only one jug of drinking water, don't even know if it was good to drink, like a ghost bangalow not a soul around, not even a ghost

Tv is not working. But i have paid for deluxe room for two days? as i have seen their review now, it also found that tv is out of order since 2 years!

Rooms are dirty. No maintenance, no attendant. Damp rooms. Very bad smell. No one to clean the rooms, to serve even water. Do not recommend such hotel to customer

Bed sheet was not changed, bathroom and pot looks so dirty she don’t have wiper tissue paper in hotel geyser not working. Kettle was not present tv not working very dirty room

Hotel was at good location in the centre of market in front of cable car point and near to dalai lamba temple. At present they do not have restaurant but they serve tea and give room service

To bad service No tv, wash room also dirty no ac no proper water service, bad-sheet not proper clean electric wire open in room. I think tent is bater then sahil plaza😡😡

Hotel sahil plaza is the center point of mcload ganj, dharamsala, hp. Easy exits to hh the dalai lama temple and walking distance to mcload ganj tibetan market.

It is very important tourist place but the is keep very unhygienic not clean and need to repair and new paint. Every corner you can see broken the things.

The room was spacious and AC working fine. The washroom was neat and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. The cleanliness was just okay. The location was perfect. It was worth the amount paid for my stay. I would like to stay again at this property if I visit again.

It's good for short stay of 1/2 night since it's on the Mall Road of Meclo so good, is not an issue but hotel's restaurant is pathetic if you order any meal. Staff is slow.

The hotel was not worth what I paid for. The room and washroom wasn't clean, there were cockroaches in the room, not apt for staying. The manager wasn't helpful. The room which I booked has a lock problem. When I requested upgradation for their fault, they didn't give it to me. Instead, I had to downgrade to another room with a refund.
