Nice service

Hotel interior was good. Hygeine also maintained. But some construction work were running. Food and tea facilities were not available at the hotel in the evening. Otherwise all was good. And there should be a good communicator at the reception counter when we call for anything from the hotel room

Poor stay wastage of money room was bad with no lock and tap was also not working no amenities have to make better

I really loved the hospitality and the rooms. But there was one problem with the lock. Please fix that asap.

Mattress nad pilow are in very bad condition. Door lock e was broken, mirro5was broken, no hot water dirty wash room

Cleanlyness zero property is not like a hotel, like a sarai. They were not providing drinking water. Charged rs. 40- per bottle cockroaches in washroom

I had booked a room for a night while travel-ling via vadodara, and this was the most pathetic and terrible hotel i've ever seen in my life, the receptionist was really not at all understanding, i had my e aadhar in the phone and the original docs were in the bags, but he forced me to go 8 kms just to get the document that i already had it in my phone online, the hotel is living in 2000's in era of 2023. The staff was really very rude. They didn't even provide us with a bottle of clean drinking water, moreover charged us for clean filtered bottles. The rooms wall putty was completely eroded and was falling on me while i slept. The blanket can't be more dirty that the ones we were provided with. The toilet seat was completely detached and i had to fix the seat for using it. Was like a nightmare being there !

I book hotel and i reach at hotel. Hotel manager not given room for unmarried couple. Why this property in mmt. And unmarried couple show? kindly give reply. I not check in this hotel due to room not given by hotel. How this hotel is show in unmarried couples friendly. Still showing this property in unmarried couple

Not maintained place. Bed smells very bad and toilets are not cleaned overall not the place to stay for one night even !

Really terrible hotel rooms and staff is disgusting and rude. Literally the worst hotel that i have stayed in my life. Disappointed in make my trip for giving such terrible hotels such good stars. Don’t stay here ever

Hotel reception handle man behaviour was very bad and hotel rooms was also average condition and also they not provided water bottle and hot water facilities it was looks good in photos but that was totally different i highly not recommended this hotel for anyone. Thanks

Rooms were not as shown in pictures. Poor maintenance. Toilet was not clean. Lock was broken. Hard to lock the room. There were bats in corridors

Old building, only for OYO couples , Family and Solo travellers stay away , Unhygienic conditions, terrible experience
