This hotel is just near to the jaisalmer fort, fort view from the hotel roof is awesome. The hotel is well decorated in rajasthan style. Also restaurant facility available in this hotel. They can provide seam sand dune package on request. But one demerit is no lift and wheelchair facility

Worst condition of washrooms. Not proper blanket or comforter provided as high cold wheather. Location searching was bad experiences.

Poor stay at roop mahal. Too expensive for so called rooms and service. There is no car parking available of the hotel of its own. The owner is just taking help from the neighbours and nearby hotels that causes inconvenience to visitors. Plus the water was so dirty there, we couldn't bathe. The owner relative was there who was smoking everywhere, so the place was stinking. It was getting hard to breathe there. And the top of all, people are not nice there. This is just a house turned into hotel and not a good one.

Just stayed at roop Mahal , and it was fantastic! Impeccably clean, cozy rooms, and the staff went above and beyond. Great location too – highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel roop mahal where we stayed was have a great view of fort and walking distance from fort. Its quite place with reasonable rates. The staff was quite friendly and had good service. We enjoy our stay and would recommend for having reasonable stay thank you

Room quality was poor. Washroom was ok. Overall it wasn’t good experience here. No one was there when we reach hotel. Even other people were also standing outside the hotel.

it was kind of a domestic property with casual hotel service. in the name of a deluxe room, taking a lot money without deluxe like facility. It is basically a simple room with ac. Even the fort view deluxe room is kind of eye wash. you will just see one room of fort from the room. Rooftop will give you a better view, but no operating kitchen, so rooftop canteen does not make sense. anyone can get this type of room with a cheaper price.

ok. not at all a value for money. deluxe room is not ay all a deluxe room, facility wise. it is just a bed room with ac. deluxe room with fort view is totally eye wash and waste of money.

I stayed at roop mahal for two nights in december and found it to be a great hotel. The location is ideal, only about 5 mins walking into the fort, and your also very close to 2 atms (none in the fort, a corner shop, and the markets. The rooms are decent size too, with large, comfy beds, tvs and most importantly hot showers! something i very needed very much after my trip from jodphur. Most of the staff speaks limited english, but they usually call the manager when they dont understand. The manager does one of the best jobs running a hotel i ve ever seen, and was incredibly helpful booking my bus tickets and giving me directions for things around town. Finally, the most important thing: price. The hotel was a bargain for me, and it felt like you were paying a zero star price for a 3 star hotel. For anyone who travels to jaisalmer, id say skip the over hyped romance about staying in the fort, and try this place instead. You won't be disappointed!

The hotel was quite good and had reasonable price and was walking distance from the fort. Had a great roof top view of fort and staff were quite helpful. Speacially the hotel honour chandra has been an experience person told us how u should approach travel-ling jaisalmer and he was a great host would visit this property again and would recommend highly to family people for home like experience.

Good hotel at a nice location, near to the fort. Service is above average the hotel owner is very good, he himself came to pick us up from the railway station. Overall, a nice budget hotel.

Staying in roop mahal was amazing experience. The hotel has very nice location wonderful views of jaisalmer golden fort. Few minutes walking to all the famous monuments like pathwa havalis, nathmal havalis, fort gate and gadishar lake, rooms are very clean and comfortable wifi working in really good and high speed. The restaurants on rooftop serve very good food. We also did a trip to seam sand dunes through the hotel and went to the luxury camp at seam dunes was outstanding experience jeep camel safari folk dance program dinner was fabulous. Hotel manager kamal singh is very friendly gentleman. One of very important is the price was very reasonable for accommodations food at the hotel and desert camping. After all we give 10 out of 10 to this hotel. Thanks to mr kamal and all hotel staff it was u forgettable and joyful experience.
