I have not checked in this hotel. When entered it was smelling badly. There was no staff except security. Refused to accomadate even there was booking. Advise not to book this hotel near future

The rooms were all smoky don't know why. There were bed bugs so had to change the room twice. Really bad experience though. Highly not recommended.

Hotel denied checkin despite of advance booking and and advance payment

groupI booked the hotel on 20th may 2022 by making advance payment for the same, when i went for checkin the hotel denied the checkin on ground that all the rooms have already been occupied. How it can possible if someone booked the hotel 3 days before the arrival with advance payment? i am new in the pune and came for some official tour with my colleague, we reach hotel with bag and baggage and had to leave the hotel without check-in as hotel denied the check-in. Terrible experience with the hotel. Personal suggestion- don't visit this hotel.

Hotel regency is good hotel near to ranjangaon ganpati mandir. Cons: room and bathroom are very small. Rooms are not enough ventilated recently renovated hotel food quality is good good for short family stay
