HOTEL PINNACLE

1 Room was OK 2 Service : Average 3 cleanliness: Average. 4 Hotel not keen to provide Food prepared in the hotel.Perhaps did not have their own catering facility. 5 Customer has to order food online on Swiggy OR Zomato OR search for restaurants nearby. 6Geyser did not work. 6 Only one bottle of water & one towel was given even though 2 persons stayed in room. 7 There is scope to improve service. If Electric kettle with 2-3 tea bags, milk sechet, Sugar sachet is kept for 2 guests in a room before the of arrival of guest it will give more satisfaction to customers

it's normal hotel. you'll get 24x7 hot water , you'll get all basic facilities . 5-10min from railway station with auto

Location was perfectly right on the national highway, food , amenities and services was outstanding, The person who attends us was superb, good behaviour, very polite, no words about that person .

Requested the manager to change the bad sheet and blanket cover. The bad sheet and blanket cover were used several times by others and very much dirty. But despite several requests they did not change.

Poor hospitality, spent half an hour without electricity, faced difficultly while check out. Rooms dint have basic essentials, water, tissue and other things

No food. Rooms and washrooms not clean

Infrastructure was good amd the hotel staff was good

Room was ok but service was poor. At first day i had to take bath with cold water because of some issues with the geyser and the washroom flush needed some repairing work. The bad sheet was some how not clean. Room was good. Location was good

Had a very good stay at the place with great interior and staff. The lighting and the room space were sufficient enough for alot of people to stay as well
