I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Khatima. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Neelam at the reception for her warm welcome and professional attitude — she made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. Also, a special thanks to Manager Mr. Kailash Chand for his excellent management and hospitality. His polite nature and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Khatima. Great service, comfortable stay, and a team that truly cares!

The hotel was found at random search and since was selected as one of the most expensive in the area. We checked in late evening, the receptionist was not at all friendly and may be considered rude. Facilities are poor and the food was terrible
