Hotel Ocean Residency

Rooms are very small & untidy. Location is good, it is near by the airport. They don’t any other amenities & they don’t even provide water in the room.

Whatever written that is not true. Mineral water is not there. But when i booked its written that mineral water is there. Location wise it's good. Staff behavior is also good. Thanks

Location is great and near to andheri station and hotel neat and clean. Breakfast is also good but room service is average.

They write about free breakfast, post good photos of hote but nothing is available, they not even provide bislari

Location was easy to find and service was good, everything was up to mark. It was really a nice experience.

The location and the property is not upto the mark. Not clean. Bed sheets were dirt. Better avoid it

दिखाई गई फोटो और सुविधाएं वहां कुछ नहीं थी। पहली मंजिल से होटल प्रारंभ था।यह होटल सिर्फ नशे बाज, लड़की बाजी और इस प्रकार के लोगों के लिए ही था। मैं 5 तारीख की रात में 11:00 बजे अपने ऑफिस के काम से थक कर होटल में पहुंचा था क्योंकि मुझे सिर्फ रात बितानी थी और सुबह मेरी फ्लाइट थी। मुझे दिखाया गया कमरा बहुत ही छोटा बदबूदार गंदा बाथरूम बहुत ही गंदे थे और जब मैं रिसेप्शन पर जाकर वहां खड़े व्यक्ति से इसके बारे में बताया कि मुझे कम से कम साफ-सुथरा कपड़ा कमरा उपलब्ध कराया तो उसने कहा कि यहां ऐसा ही कमरा मिलता है यही कमरा ही अपने बुक किया। आपको यही कमरा मिलेगा। मैंने उससे कई बार निवेदन किया कि मेरा कमरा बदल दे या कोई रहने लायक कमरा दे दे उन्होंने नहीं दिया। मैंने कहा यह तो जबरदस्ती वाली बात हो गई मैंने उनसे मेरा पैसा रिफंड करने के लिए भी कहा लेकिन उन्होंने कहा यह नहीं हो सकता। उन्होंने मेरी आईडी की फोटो कॉपी भी रख ली ।रात को 12:00 बजे मैं होटल बिना वहां रहे छोड़ दिया और मुंबई की सड़कों पर मैंने रात को गुजारी।

As a couple, our only expectation was that we get to spend quality time together without any disturbance from the outside world and this place helped us live that moment.

The room is very comfortable and staffs are cooperative. The toilets are also clean. Good hotel for solo traveller at budget prices

Each and every staff member of the hotel was helpful especially the housekeeping team. Overall experience is good. Just a small suggestion to look after the cleaning part of the hotel especially the staircases and outside area of the hotel.

Nice hospitality. Room service good. Visit if u solo traveler. Nice stay. Compare to other nice deal.

Location is best near by andheri west station

They dint give me a sealed water bottle. It was a open bottle in which they have refilled the water. Other service is good. Need to improve the interior work

Location and room size is very small

Was totally unhygienic stay, there is absolutely no room just one bed that's all. I don't want to suggest any thing but can say that this lodge was the worst ever stay in my life time. They should not call it hotel by any chance.
