Terrible Stay

Hotel manager was very bad. He did not provide me ac room. We were facing very hot in room. His behaviour was very rude. Manager behaviour was rude. He was telling me that why you paid payment instead of that paid to me directly. Electricity was not regular. There was no cleaness. No room service.
