soloWorst staff behaviour rooms are not clean found bed bugs especially the receptionists are not at all responding booked for 2 days but checked out within 6 hours money waste time waste, recommended not to book room.

I book the room with breakfast also and when i asked about the breakfast they said they will not provide it and also there are not providing water bottles.

Hotel in good location. Old property needs maintenance. Fans. No regulator, ac remote no battery, tv remote not available, water dripping continuously in bathroom. But not provided

Stay was good, hot water available 24*7

soloThe hotel was in a very hygienic place. The staff was also misinformed regard-in many things. Parking my car was the biggest challenge. Had to park it on the road.

Surya Teja Residency stay at Khammam

I stayed there for 2 days on an official trip. Though the rooms are ok, wash room is not tidy. AC and cable connection is good. WiFi facility is also good. Overall I rate this hotel as good, a bit costly for the hotel standard.

Check-in denied, had to pay double the tariff already paid through MakeMyTrip

Hotel denied my check-in stating reasons as issue with make my trip with reference to their past settlements. Had to pay double the tariff to get the same room since the issue had never been informed neither by the hotel nor MMT so as to plan for an alternative. Worst experience ever. And away from MMT issue, hotel room was very untidy and water leakage everywhere. Mattress was totally spread with dust and room had a stinking smell through out.

As such bed sheet poor, no dusting of room you have to force them to change bed sheet and clean room. Hotel do not agree initially for 2 night, reason was tariff dispute between. Hotelier allowed check in due to midnight.

It is little bit difficult to find out the hotel from the main road. Though bus stand and Railway Station is nearby. Rooms are clean. Staff service is not very prompt. Have to bring food from outside, as the hotel do not have any kitchen. Difficult to get hot water at the bathroom.
