Takes money, denies room on arrival, what a surprise!!

businessThere was no availability of room even OYO confirmed booking, the hotel denied to provide a room initially. After escalated the matter to OYO customer service, a room was arranged which was not good, seems someone already used and it was not cleaned.

I booked a room for 3 days. When I reached there, they denied to give me any room with a reason that you have booked it at very low price. Give us extra money else we will not give any room. The location of the property is also pathetic. As I didn't have other option, paid 400 to freshen up. No food available,. You ll also not get key for the room

Location was at kalinga nagar, nearby hotel you can easily get snacks and other food items. Room is spacious and behaviour of the caretaker bikash is really good. If you like calmness from rush stay in this hotel.
