Experience was terrible, first of all they refuse to give the room, they told that room was full, but it was already booked on make my trip, after they given a hotel staff s room for us, conditions was bad.

The worst stay i ever had. The room was a total mess. Bedsheets are not clean, the blanket is a mess, bathroom was not clean, there is no toiletries, there is no water in the bathroom. In my booking makemytrip shows there is an attached bathroom, but there is no attached bathroom. I request you to make sure the quality of the hotel before allotting to customers.
