Problem during check in

I have to wait for more than 2 hours. It's not my fault. Hotel and MMT should have resolved this issue. The experience was very bad.

I didn't enjoy much in this Hotel, blanket and bed sheets were not clean, water tap was not working during night time, reception service was not good. No hello, how you are, good afternoon or good evening etc. Nothing I think they need more training on front desk. Doesn't matter bed sheets or blankets were old. But everything in the hotel must be clean and tidy.

Not up-to the mark of as what we expected from Oyo. Unclean bed sheets, pillows and floors. You have to literally manage to stay for a halt. Out of all the odds breakfast was the only good thing. Staff behavior was good but the rooms need improvement.
