Disappointing stay

The Hotel manager imposed unreasonable conditions on us. He forced us to come back to the Hotel before 11 pm, saying that he had to lock the place. The fan in the room was really loud, and the AC wasn't working. On top of it he made me open up my OYO app and give him a good feedback rating even before checking out.
