Hotel O Royal Comfort

Food was not good. Receptin staff not competent enough. They handed over empty envelope saying the receipt was inside. Not very polite when i bought to their notice. Moreover when they bought my dinner to my room the boy asked for cash just after keeping the dinner on the table. I said i will after finish my food, he agreed but was not agreeing for billing. I appreciate the boy as when he came for cleaning the table i complained about the quality of food. He said had you complained about the quality i could have changed the food. I said as i was hungry i ate whatever you had bought partially.

Clean ness is good and staff was very polite good behaviour i recommend to stay here

Average stay. Okay for a day to stay. Near to station that's the only advantage otherwise it's an average place.

Cockroach is in bathroom. Bed cover and pillow cover is dirty.
