Worst place to stay. Washroom don't have door!

Bad room, was given the room 1 hour after the check in time. Was not cleaned when we entered. The hotel staff had no Idea about anything. Did not listen to any complaints either. The complimentary breakfast we were promised never came. A totally bad experience
