No t. V no geyser. Room is ok but service and behaviour is very poor. They are asking me to call to make my trip for cancellation

soloI booked my hotel through mmt but when i reached there they charged me extra 500 saying rates at mmt n actual rate is different. There was no geyser. No hospitality. Rude staff n manager n they even charged me for water bottles. I even couldn't get water to drink without paying
