Bedsheet and pillow covers not changed and they denied check in for my next booking 4-10-2023 to 6-10-2023

By and large, the entire place was serene and peaceful. The overall ambience was also pretty decent, as for the rooms, all the rooms were quite clean, commodious and eye-catching. Furthermore, they offer wide variety of services and another important thing is that manager and receptionist were down to earth and pretty benevolent people. All in all, i was satisfied with the services.

Very dirty hotal no house keeping bathroom was also dirty, very disappointing stay

I booked this hotel 3 room for 9 people including 3 children 2 months ago for my journey date and i am going this hotel with my family and saying my booked room but this manager says that not provided room in this cost so please pay extra amount for the room i agree extra money pay because my family with me so manager provided room but room was very dirty and i see many couples are entering this place only for one hour so i will checkout immediately same day within 3 hours so please don't go this hotel with your family and don't booked any hotel with mmt

होटल में पहुंचने पर एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज लिया गया बाथरूम में पानी नही टॉयलेट गंदा बेड गंदा रूम में टीवी है लेकिन चल नहीं रहा है

Hotel is not at all family friendly. The room size are like a match box, cupboard is broken that you wont even risk your luggage's to keep inside them. And the toilet, i don't even know where to start the size of the bathroom is really small and very unhygienic, none of the water tabs run properly. Worst experience.

Koi service nahi hai iss hotel me

The hotel is very poor. The bedsheets, pillow and blanket etc. Were all dirty and used. The room itself was very poor and i dont even wanna talk about the bathroom. Such a bad experience.

Very near to prabhat square. Travelable from station.

My online payment and booking done but they didn't provide room and said me to shift or cancel my booking
