pros: walkable distance to SKUAST cons: hotel rooms weren't cleaned on a regular basis.... hair fall spread over on sheets. compact room with minimum ventilation..... room service at the least...

It's just a minute walk to SKUAST so, it's very convenient if you have work inside campus. The rooms aren't very spacious . This hotel is good to stay.

The is excellent and the service is good. Food was good as well the room was good. The service by abide and hotel was good.

It is the most pathetic hotel to stay. zero star. Rooms worse than a lodge . electricity issue is major. Honda generator placed inside the hotel whose pollution comes I side rooms which becomes very suffocating . A big no for couples

It was a very excellent stay at hotel jai palace. Staff and owner is very supportive even they served us mid night for our kids. Food was very delicious and they made as per our special request.

The hotel accommodations did not meet the expected standards, resulting in the cancellation of our stay at the jay palace hotel srinagar. Despite our payment, we were unable to utilize the hotel's services. Our attempts to contact makemytrip customer service to request a cancellation after inspecting the rooms were unsuccessful, as our calls and requests remained unanswered.

The hotel was very nice. The staffs were very co operative and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Wash room was clean with hot water supply. If someone want to stay within a budget then they can go for it.

Hotel is good. Staff are cooperative. But amenities are limited. Staffs are ready to cooperate at any time. They arranged dinner for us at midnight 12am.

Frequent power cut rooms having very dull light. No generator backup. No nearby resturant. Limited food only available that also take minimum 35 to 40 min to supply. Location is not easy access by any public transport. Shalimar baugh is at 800 meter distance but no light on roads.
