It was terrible. They didn't pick up the phone. Unable to find the location. The room was dirty. Bed was smelling. Towel is also dirty. Shower is broken tv isn't working

Fraud hotel please don’t stay

First they are not honest people and i payed my payment on make my trip app but when i reached hotel they tell you have to pay 3000 rs more on cash in a hotel. When i contact to make my trip customer service then i came to know that hotel was frauding me on that case. So please beware from this hotel thank you

They kept me waiting for check in as i made the booking and payment via makemytrip, and they were not giving me any room. After requesting them for around 45 mins they finally gave me 1 room. So overall it was a poor experience
