Because this hotel in Manali, there should be water heater or kettle or any electric item which heat the drinking water. I faced problem, because temperature reached minus 4 degree and there is not hot water available for drinking. Room service was not proper and cleanliness is very bad. Soap, shampoo and towels had been not provided daily. Landline phone was not working so faced problem a lot. There was no wifi. Breakfast was horrible, only aloo paratha with full of oil and tea, no more choice.
