But in reality the wall of the room is broken, the bed is also a bit broken and the smell of dampness comes in the whole room. The bathroom sink has very little water and the cold water tap of the geyser is jammed. Even after flushing the toilet, the potty remains on top. Do not stay in this property even by mistake.

Haveli in hotel so un hygienic and dirty staff also so rude no any facility as per my opinion are blacklisted this hotel. It is loose faith of your online portal.

Property’s location is good but the hygiene is very poor the bathroom was not clean and was like the public toilet the walls of the room very dirty as well as the bedspread have not been cleaned since months

A delightful stay indeed! the hotel's charm and comfort were remarkable.

Very unhygienic. Bedsheets seemed to be used. Water leaking from taps continuously. Hotel walls seem like no painting has been done for a decade. Very old, very haunting type premise. No lift and 3 floor hotel. Had to carry bag our own. Bathroom commode seat was not cleaned and it was broken too. Other guest soap kept in bathroom, it was not cleaned before our entry. So many issues and such a terrible experience.

It was good and room was clean. Gate closed at 11 in night and light was cutting in between for 1-2 minutes 2-3 times. And rest is good.

Service is best. Rooms are also big enough and well maintained with cleanliness and hygiene.

The property is located at the walking distance from the varanasi junction railway station. You can easily get auto or e-rickshaw from the property to all the tourist sites. The property was safe, we didn't face any issues. If you are looking for a property on budget then you can book this, they have got all the basic amenities with them.

Poor service, wifi was not available in 1st floor + no room service. Also it's very far from kashi vishwanath temple. I won't recommend it at all.

room is good.but no kitchen service available.We ask for a cup of tea in morning.But your OYO HOTEL denied to provide a cup of tea.Also we have a 1 year old baby so we have to request 3-4 time to make Oats .Means you guys don't have gas to make a 2 min OATS .Also we ourselves goes to their kithcen room and make Oats myself using electic cattle. The western toilet is also not working.
