Title : perfect location, friendly service.

Good location, decent rooms, but one thing that made this place worth living was the staff, they treated us so well that we got attached to the place. Also the place has great accessibility to all the public transport like metro, cab etc. If anyone looking for a good low budget hotel, this place is a must visit. Had a fantastic time here.

businessI had booked a room in "Hotel Payal" for a short budget stay in Delhi through Make My Trip and was completely shocked to see the service and the facilities provided there. Being situated in an active market area, it effectively catered to all my basic shopping needs and was easily accessible. The room was cleaned when I checked in with fresh linens and had all the essential amenities like a cupboard, table, mirror, AC, electric kettle and much more. The washroom was clean, had a geyser with continuous water supply. The staff was sweet and pleasingly helpful and always made sure of the sanitation and safety of the place. I enjoyed my stay as the vibe there was comfortable and hygienic.

Good hotel

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in this hotel. The room was decent and tidy, beddings were comfortable. Room service was available all the time. Also the connectivity was great as metro station and railway station were very near to the hotel, will visit again for sure.

businessMy stay at "Hotel Payal" was a very pleasant and soothing one owing to it's easily accessible location. The check in was smooth as the staffs were very attentive and helpful. Rooms are beautiful with lovely decor and had smooth wifi connections. Very impressive service.
