Hotel O Fantasy Stay Vibe

Booked a hotel from this side after i rich hotel tha manager denied that we have no any booking of you

The hotel staff was horrible and mannerless people the dont know how to treat customer who come from outside. I have to leave the hotel and check-in at other hotel to stay

The hotel denied check-in saying that the booking id is not reflecting on their system. After making us wait for an hour, they started nagging us to book rooms offline at much higher price. Given the state of my relatives who were going to stay there, we caved in and booked the rooms offline at higher price

Worst ever property i have ever visited. with such properly i will have to rethink before booking . Dirty and it's like visiting a government organised dharma shala. Stinking rooms, shabby reception, staff talking as if doing a favor on us by giving rooms, all above it the owner was eception complaining about everything in the hotel. No cleaning, dust everywhere, trash in the dustbin was not taken for i think a week and was stinking badly. Vey unhygienic

Hotels are automatically changed location of booked hotel is different from my requirements i never forget this incident
