Worst Experience Ever , No Basic Facilities, not fit for family stay

Ihad the most horrible experience staying at Hotel O ECR Breeze Enclave. I had booked this property for a family trip. After "booking, I contacted the hotel only to be shocked that they were refusing cheek-in Later, I was informed that the owner agreed to check us in. But when we reached the hotel at 2:00 AM, the owner said the booking was valid for only one night, which was never informed to us earlier. As it was midnight, I had no choice but to stay, just for the safety of my family. The next morning was an absolute disaster. There was no staffat the property, no drinking water, no water to bathe, and zero support. The entire place looked like an abandoned building, not a hotel. I tried contacting the owner again but his phone was switched off. This is not a hotel, irs just a building with no facilities or safety, and completely unfit for family stays. The place is mislead ingly listed and poorly managed, with zero hospitality. I ended up checking out and going to another hotel after wasting time, money, and mental peace. Avoid this place at all costs. It's a risk to your safety and sanity. Absolutely the worst decision of my travel experience!
