it was a terrible experience. hotel simply denied entry and i was forced to stay in a low quality hotel. will never book oyo hotels.

Worst stay

Room and washroom was very dirty. No body wash, towels were provided, mosquitoes were in the room very dirty bed.

Took extra money

The hotel took extra money at checkout and didn't give any bill regarding this. They told that it's MakeMyTrip policy and they will send mail which I have not yet received. Please do look into the matter please and do revert back regarding this.
