It was a terrible experience, when we reached the there was no vacant room, we connected with the customer care they took 1 hour and allocated us worst room in ymca international youth centre

I had a very disappointing experience. When i arrived, i was told the room was full and unavailable, despite having made a booking. Although i was refunded, i was inconvenienced and had to book a nearby hotel at a 25% higher cost. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Get your listing right.

coupleLocation good. No restaurant in the property. Kitchen is available. Rooms are good. But should improve on neatness. Basic amenities like bathing towel, hot water, toilet soap, and bucket and mug were not available. But later other things except toilet soap, and hot water were provided. Property is spacious. But neatness and hygiene should be considerably improved.
