Hotel O Bell's Bigxa Homestay

Pathetic property, no service, no hospitality, we paid for 3 people accommodation but we got compact double bed, no flush working properly. No room service. They asked for extra payment of rs 300 for drivers accomodation. No tv, very compact small room to stay of r even two people also given for three people. Not enough light in property.

There was no fan in the room. The place of the guest house is worst, with no good network connection. 😖

Behavior not good, rooms are not hygiene. Very disappointed

Even if you pay for breakfast, the hotel will provide you with only one alu pratha for breakfast. Extra is charged.

Please maintain the room properly. Tv is not working, food is not upto the mark, rooms are small for stay, for keeping the cloths and all one wooden wardrobe is required. Otherwise the hotel staffs are helpful and good. One dim light is also required in the room.

Very bad service

Definitely the best place to stay in cherrapunji (sohra. We just booked for a night but we had to extend for another two based on our plans and the property owner was kind enough to extend our stays. The hospitality is so good and the food is so tasty. In short, if you have plans to stay for a day or two at sohra, then this is one of the best places to stay

No electricity for night very bad experiance with the hotel managment and makemytrip team and the food was too bad

The food here is very costly. No value for money. 1 roti is rs 35. 1 small bowl of rice is rs 50. 25g pieces of chicken x 5 = 1 plate. Rs 200. Tv only for show, not working. Staff will say, manager knows everything but is on leave.
