I had flight on morning 7 am, and I came through bus+train journey for 8 hours. so I booked the nearest hotel and I paid the whole so I could sleep little in peace before taking the flight, and guess what the same drama that happens always, I reached there it was 10pm and they denied my check in, asking for more money, they took 2 hours to solve my issue, at last at 12 am I allowed to check in, and I got the worst room, first of all it was a used room, wasnt clean, the room was smelling bad, there was alot of mosquitoes, man I wasn’t able to sleep even for a wink.

Reached very late night for checkin after booking confirmation, no night manager available, some kid was sleeping at reception, refused to let me in, asked me how much u have paid and then said i can't offer u a room at this price than after some argument he called his manager and let me in after wasting half an hour of mine, room was also not as clean as shown in pictures, location is also terrible facing open drain

Property location was good, everything was awesome. Very clean. I would highly recommend this property if next time you visit lucknow. Do check it out.
