Hotel Mussoorie Club

No room clean no bathroom clean no tv working no wi-fi working no food no management available. Only 2 persons handling

Hotel has uncleaned bathroom, giser was not working even bedsheet were not so clean and staff were not available for any service

Bad experience, hygiene problem at entire property, rude behaviour of staff, so many monkeys around the hotel, no any facility of warm water for drinking, drinking water is chargeable, un hygienic restaurant. Monkey enter in room and stolen my all food item bag.

Location, parking and staff support was good. But not well maintained property. The toilets were in bad shape. A hot water kettle is shown in room pictures, but was not provided even after asking. The foot mattress was missing in one out of two rooms outside the toilet which was not given after 2-3 reminders.

So dirty, no one was picking the calls as well. It was terrible stay. There were no facility at all.

Not clean. No telephone, no geyser. Was not working. Washroom was not clean. Price was so high for this below average room

The hotel of totally waste of money not a good interiors and room is very smelling just because of seeling. The quilt blanket and bedsheets are too smelly and dirty over all my experience was with this hotel very worst i suggest to all please do not invest the money for stay with family in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is good as it's the heart of mussorie. Staff is polite too. The rooms look damp and dark. Ok for solo trip but with family, not to be preferred. The check out time is too early 10am and check in time is very late 1pm.
