Following are the experiences:- 1. Toiletries not given fully 2. bed sheet was.not good 3. washroom taps are not maintained, leaking 4. so many power interruptions, no DG power back up 5. TV channels, only limited availability 6. restaurant services not good 7. no choice for breakfast, only Paratha available 8. food quality not upto mark

Pathetic hotel, no sense of hospitality, unprofessional staff

Had to change room thrice, still couldn't find a suitable room, set box wasn't working, no water in room, morning tea was supposed to be given by the watchman as their staff is not available early in the morning but he couldn't provide as supposedly the milk was consumed by a cat! totally unprofessional behaviour by the staff. They have just bu-lit the hotel with no sense or knowledge of managing the same. Enter at your own risk.

The location of the Hotel was good. The food was good at the Hotel. Services were fine here. The room and washroom were clean. All the amenities were provided in the room. The staff was very well behaved.
