Nice n well maintained room. Good food though little expensive. There was some difficulty in connecting to room service / restaurant but reception staff handled it smoothly. Location is also very good

Centrally located hotel. With ample car parking facility. Food is really good specially kerala food. Staff services also good and polite.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms are well maintained, very neat and clean. Stayed in the deluxe room. Bathrooms are also neat.

The reception and check in processing was good. There was no one to assist to enter th room, as usually 3 star hotels will have staff who will take you to room. The room was not much spacious compared to my previous visits. Overall it felt like an average stay and i feel the amount is higher for the comfort i received. Pros: Service is really good. Very convenient location. Bar attached with good variety food and beverages menu. Nice, clean rooms. Cons: Breakfast is almost like ala carte, no buffet. Food quality is just decent.

AC didn't work, with no fans in the room, had to struggle to get a pedestrian fan at 2:30 am. Average breakfast menu. Charge extra for an omelet with cheese.

The veg options are not great. Gym is not in good condition
