Hotel Mid Town

Staff is cooperative, the hotel missing out on basic cleanliness maintenance and hygiene. There were a smelly towel in my room that might have been there for a week atleast by the look of it, also there were quite many dead flies and bugs in room which clearly shows what kind of house keeping service the hotel has, in addition kitchen smelled so bad I had to stop breathing passing by.

If this were featured on Gordon Ramsey's Hotel Hell, it would take up the whole season. The most expensive room was filthy, uncleaned cigarette butts under the bed, yellow water in the corner of the room, rotten bathroom door, a loose socket for the geyser (no hot water), dark brown pillows from years of use, no window, and rats in their restaurant.

When I have checked in the hotel, they provide me a room without a system of outdoor lock,and with a dirty toilet ( adjacent to the staff toilet). And Hotel was not listening the problem they are ignoring when I complain. by complain they changed my room but still it have open electrical joints, dusty celing fan ,and without dustbin . Staff was also not helpful. One thing was good that they allow me to stay one hour more without extra charging. I have requested to them because my work has not completed until 12 PM.

Hotel is in good location but blanket was smelling. There is not a proper connection of ac. Room is clean

The hotel is located at a nice location. The exam center educate infotech is hardly 3 kms from the hotel with public transport available. The staff was well behaved. Overall a decent experience.

The worst hotel ever i stay. Full of mosquitoes, very dirty hotel. No lift. No telephone connectivity. Full of noise. Toilets were not clean. No towels and soaps were provided.
