No doubt, hotel infra is good but service is not because swimming pool is not in working condition and restaurant charges are very high. As they gave 10 rs maza to 50 rs. Also they serve wrong orders

I stayed in this Hotel on my way back from Ahmedabad to my hometown Rajasthan. It's a decent place to stay in Nagpur. Food was nice and the staff was friendly. Rooms could have been maintained better but overall I felt good staying there.

Room was horrible. Bathroom was like a government toilet. Actually government toilet nowadays are more good. Staff are like hell. Total wastage of money.
