MMT Online payment not accepted

I had booked hotel thro MMT for one night stay and paid online Next day I checked out and hotel people informed me that they didn’t accept MMT payment so I have to pay cash I immediately call CC OF MMT and they promised to resolve this in 10 minutes but they never called back. Thereafter I keep on trying to call CC of MMT but there was no response. This is worst experience I had with MMT as I have to pay twice for this
