The location was good of Hotel. But it was average in cleanliness. Also there was not all the items which was in the menu. Overall it was ok.

Not good for family as down there is bar and it doesn't feel so safe because it was not a decent environment.

The location of the hotel was good for our purpose. The food was good and also the service, especially the restaurant manager. He was very courteous and well mannered.
Couldn't sleep well because of too many mosquitoes in the room. The room also didn't provide for mosquito repellent.

Pathetic is just the word, it's like a lodge.

No facility for driver for stay, wash room and bathroom. No cancellation done for third person in one room. No complementary break fast provided I think is included in package.

Food quality was good. Great ambiance. Service was also fast.

Do not dare to book this hotel through online portals as the attitude of staff is very negative and they will offer you the room which is not at all good. Bathroom dirty. Flush was not working properly.
It is maintained in bad condition without much cleanliness.

This hotel can do better with some good staff. Room service and housekeeping is pathetic. Staff is arrogant. No body picks up the phone either on reception or room service the first time. You need to keep calling. Twice we were served the wrong dish. It seems the person taking order for room service is short of hearing and many times gets the order wrong. No tea or coffee make in the room. Toiletries always have to ask for and very cheap product. Every time you will have to ask for bath towel. Hotel is good but they can be better with responsible staff.
No tea maker. Room service was very pathetic.

The hotel room was large and clean. The hotel is situated on the main Vapi-Silvassa road, so is extremely convenient for business people. Staff is very helpful. The food is good. Enjoyed my stay, and shall stay here whenever I visit Silvassa.

Don't think customer is fool. Your employees are lazy that's why they just clean floor that to not properly. I find out lots of dust on floor. Whenever we get down to bed this happen. Rooms are spacious and It can be good maintain room, but I think laziness not allowed them.

Budget hotel. Rooms are not clean. They have not even kept mosquito repellent. Better to take one if you are booking this hotel. The food is OK The restaurant is not clean. The plates were not washed properly. Food quality needs to be improved.

Good place to stay for a day or two, had been there with friends and kids... Good ambience but no amenities at all. They should have more amenities like swimming pool or some indoor games for kids, there is absolutely nothing for entertainment, but the hotel is close by Vanganga garden and lake so the location is OK,. Staff is good, nice clean place huge rooms. Though needs some maintenance for eg. The bathroom door did not lock from inside, so we had to change the room, also the food in the restaurant is quite expensive. So we had to look around the place for some restaurant, but there are hardly any restaurants so we literally had to hunt for a small eatery, and eat whatever was available. This hotel is at a good location and the next to lake form this place many other things are close by like lion safari etc. But inside the hotel there is nothing which can be experienced by the kids. So the kids were really bored they should start some gaming zone or some area where kids can enjoy. But overall a good place in a city like Silvassa.

Our purpose was to explore Silvassa. Nicely maintained hotel and rooms are good as well. Plus point nearby Vapi station. Also, vanganga lake garden is. 3 kms away. Only point, WiFi was not up to the mark. No comments regarding hotel food as we had it

The hotel firstly is very well placed on the main road itself and overseeing the Vanganga gardens and lake. Just perfect to enjoy an early morning walk or a later night stroll as well. The lobby of the hotel is well laid out and is clean and nice. The room was as depicted In the pics nothing less or more. It is decent, clean and maintained. Room service (I ordered only for tea and water in the room) was very prompt. The break spread is sufficient with 2-3 of the regular Indian breakfasts and eggs to order, juices and beverages. All in all, a pleasant experience

Nice hotel to stay in Silvassa. Ambience of hotel is also good. Food of the hotel is good.

Hotel was good. Staff was polite. Food was average (shouldn't order thai or Chinese) stick to Indian Punjabi food. No Hot water even after reminding hotel. Rest I got hotel for 2464 for one night. You can have it at 2000 something if you have any MMT coupons.

Hotel is situated on the main road. The rooms are clean and economical. Staff is polite, in house restaurant with decent food, The overall experience was good and no complaints as such. Decent hotel at economical price
