Beautiful hotel with good nearby locations and well behaved staff, clean rooms, easily arrangment of whatever you want, so i give 10/10 on everything.

Room service was zero in this hotel, kitchen is not there in this hotel, i'll not suggest this hotel for any one.

The hotel stay was comfortable, room were spacious &services was good. Cleanliness was good behaviour of the staff was very good.

Room was very spacious and hygienic, you can get extra mattress if you are 3 people in a room.

It was a total value for money stay near aiims. The hotel room was neat and clean, staff were polite and food was good. We were satisfied.

Room is stinky. Lights in room is inadequate. Room lock was not working. Lice are wandering frequently in cupboard.

Very poor services. Staff completely lost and inadequate to handle customer queries. Linen used is dirty, no Restaurant. Wifi doesn't work. Cockroaches in room. What else should I say. Don't know why even MMT has kept this property on the website. Much cheaper option available next to this property which are way better in services and at a far reasonable price.

Location is very good. But good for bachelors only. Cleanliness is poor to average. House keeping staff are not good. Receptionist are good though.

Staff behavior was good but in terms of facilities it was not at all good. The bathroom did not have hot water in the chilly weather of Rishikesh which hold us on to wait for the clear day to come out of the hotel and that hampered our all tour plan. Only thing good that was good was the morning breakfast which was Aaloo Paratha made by the hotel manager. It was our two day stay in there and the very first day we informed about the issue but even till the checkout they did not fix but only made a false promise of fixing it. Don't go there until you plan to have aloo paratha on your trip to Rishikesh. Even I informed them that it should be a complete refund if the service is not given in next day and yet they neither refund as their promise of the service nor they provided the service at all.

Room neat, no toiletries are provided, no lift service our room was in 2nd floor had to climb stairs with all the luggage as there was no room boy, rooms not secure, during the stay there was no water in the bathroom

Good customer care ... They arrange for everything we ask ... Only thing is that food is not available at the same hotel ... Need not to worry .. A multicuisine hotel is next to it. Location is easy to say ... Near aiims Rishikesh. But don't know about transport facilities after 9pm ...

The main problem is faced to reach the hotel. You will not get any transport mode to reach hotel after 9pm. So I had to really struggle to reach hotel. Any way dinner was ready for me as I informed hotel staff in advance. But they have only two things to give for eating, mix veg and dalte, that's all. Otherwise staff was fine. But I think 1500 per day was not worth if I compare same facilities with hotel booked by OYO.

Satisfactory stay that's a last option of on veerbhadra marg hotels because service is very poor food quality is very low and not for level I recommended that hotel for individual and with friends not family.

Dear Makemytrip.. I am very disappointed. How can I share with you. Kailash Ganga hotel services is very bad, no water, no AC. No bed sheet.. No room attender, no response, I never face previous this type of bad experience.

It was a pleasant stay altogether! Location was good, easily accessible. Staff were helping. They were very polite. Also help with some insight on local sightseeing. Rooms were good. We stayed in deluxe room which had an attached sitting area facing outside.
