Hotel Janakiraman inn

The hotel was good but we experienced some problems wash base pipe and flesh not working. Also ac switch had a problem they just adjust the switch, the bed sheet not clean bad smell coming

There were lots of basic things missing like lift, towel, flush, jett and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

I went with a group of 5 people, and we got this room at a very reasonable price. The room exceeded our expectations by a large margin and the staff was very welcoming. I recommend this hotel to any group of bachelors who are going for a quick weekend stay in pondicherry.

It's really the worst kind of stay. They don't have a proper ac facility and water heater. They don't have any private balcony for the suite room. First of all it's not eligible for the suite room where i have stayed. It's really the worst stay. The hotel management doesn't maintain any of the facilities in the room.

Cheap and Best Hotel Room.

Extremely depressing experience, disaster, and downer, frustrated, disappointing experience at janakiraman please note i join hands and request my fellow not to book this hotel not even for a day. I will make sure i am going to post this experience in every forum on every starting of the month so that no one gets cheated, and it gets to the attention of the respective authorities so that they close this cheating accommodation. Stinking rooms stained beds with stained blankets dim yellow light. Toilet is a gross, every time felt puckish, no flush, no tap, bucket broken, no soaps, no towel, broken wooden chair, no ac, no wifi, no dth. No lift, no room services, food was prepared in the bar. They had included breakfast which was not provided. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent stay at your establishment. My family booked a room for a four-day stay, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of nightmare. Luckily, i was able to cancel for the rest of the days and had to manage a terrible night staying in this property. The room's hygiene was inexcusable, every second we stayed there we were feeling to puke (vomit) as the stench upon opening the door suggested it had not been aired in ages. The toilets mash a all-ah i am sure none of us would have experienced, no flush, tiles were stained, no tap in washebasin, the furniture was dilapidated, with squeaking wardrobes and broken electric switches. The entire electric panel of the so-called ac was open, the foot lamp hung precariously from the wall, indicative of a dangerous lack of attention to safety. There was no wi-fi, and the cable tv was kind of dth which was expired and there services were disconnected. Firstly, our rooms were located on the first floor, and to our dismay, the lift was out of service. There was no assistance available to help transport our luggage, which resulted in a significant inconvenience. Moreover, the lack of room service and absence of a bellboy further compounded our discomfort. The state of cleanliness in the rooms was appalling; we found dust and spiderwebs in various corners, and the cupboards were equally neglected. On the ground floor there is a bar, which created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families. In short, this has been a truly horrific experience for my family furthermore, the absence of adequate parking facilities only exacerbated our frustrations. I had to park the car on the side of the road. The road to the property is disgusting its through a mud service road.

For the rent charged it was just okay. Bathroom was not very clean and other facilities like geyser, tv etc were not available or working

Consider it as a average or below average hotel, there was no soap, shampoo etc in washroom. Only reception guy was good at service.

Just okay hotel for stay. Not good for family as 2 bars are nearby. No parking space is available.

It was very good experience. All of them treated and responded very well. Good rooms but the only problem was with water. Washrooms need to be upgraded

The ambience was awesome and neat. Loved the food in the nearby restaurants and the kind, friendly staff. The rooms were also clean and fresh for a good stay. Parking slot was spacious and good. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends and i ll sure book the same for the all my trips.

The best place to stay in pondy if u r on a business visit. The ambience and room facility are top class. The hospitality is wonderful. It is located in the city centre which makes u access any where across pondicherry more easily. The room service is excellent with clean bathrooms. Staff behaviour were awesome. Keep it up. Will visit again for sure.

We can say its one of the best hotel in pondicherry. Quick check in, wonderful rooms, easy to reach, enough parking. Hats off to hotel teams hospitality and care for its guest's. A place we would love to visit and stay again. The rooms are well equipped, maintained and comfortable. Hotel staff is supportive in every aspect. Thanks team janakiraman puducherry.

This rooms look like 1000 rupees rooms. Dirty bed sheets i dont know how to describe it.

Need to clean, television also not work, not comfortable couples

Poor stay, ac not working properly, smelly room, no toiletries, no bath towel provided, tv didn't work, hot water didn't work, full of mosquito, even bed spreads are not changed, room is not properly cleaned and sanitised

Hotel staff are good and polite

Welcoming was good. Easy checkin. No disturbance while in room. Water bottles are provided. Shampoo and soap too. A/c was also good. Fast cooling. A/c seem broken but works well and good. Roof top bar is also there. Restaurant is also there. Tea shop near hotel.

Asked extra amount while checkout.

Food good, experience very bad.
