Hotel Horizon

To begin with I understand that it’s a 3 star property. However some basic things need to be delivered to a guest. When we checked in we found that the bed sheet were dirty, we immediately asked for it to be changed. The lady who came in took away the extra towels that were kept in the room for some reason without letting us know. There was no one at around 6pm to help us with laundry. We were carrying home cooked food since we were travelling by road and we simply asked them to reheat (2-3 Paranthas only) but that was u fortunately denied stating that outside food is not allowed. Lastly their policies state that they will not provide cutlery/glasses etc incase of consumption of outside food or drinks which I found absurd

Awesome room and the staff are also supportive, we checked into the hotel early, around 8.30 AM. Parking is also available. I tried chicken crispy from their restaurant, which is also very tasty and delicious. The room was very hygienic and clean bed size is large also all the required items are available.

Room not good. continuously noise of water dripping for AC. switches not working. breakfast timing 8 Am however till 9 Am you will get half the items rest items waiter is went for shopping.

Everything is perfect and maintain, the staff is very polite and cooperative helpful but one thing that is, they should change at least they should use change their washroom, flush because that is not working properly expect that everything is perfect and maintain

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

I recently stayed at Hotel Horizon in Udaipur and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access major attractions like City Palace, Lake Pichola, and Fateh Sagar Lake. The surrounding area is peaceful yet well-connected. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including good air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering a great city view along with delicious Rajasthani and multi-cuisine dishes. The staff were courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. I particularly appreciated their warm hospitality and willingness to help with travel tips and local recommendations. One area that could be improved is the breakfast variety—it was a bit limited—but the quality was good. Overall, Hotel Horizon offers great value for money, a central location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend it to both leisure and business travelers visiting Udaipur.

Complete terrible 😔 Unhygienic hotel. worst Breakfast..even they do not have staff to offer water at buffet breakfast water issues at Washrooms

Rooms were cleaned and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. There was a bar on the rooftop with good ambience and view. Service is also upto the mark. But only one thing which bothers me was they not allowed the local ID guest even we are ready to provide the ID cards for both. Atleast they have to allow guest in day for few hours.

I had a nice stay at Hotel. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.Check in and check out process was smooth. Rooms and hotel was well maintained. Bed, furniture and other amenities were also very good. My TV was not working. The staff suggested to change the room but I preferred not to change. Very large room compared to other hotel room I stayed earlier. I didn't inform about the wifi services they provide or not and I didn't ask for it. Overall my experience was good.

Old but Well Maintained Hotel Hygiene and Check in and Check out process is Smooth.Very helpful staff ..Got Early Check in ..Excellent food .

The washroom was not good like during our stay we did not got hot water for single time and frequent power cut in hotel and service was miserable no one is responsible for anything.
